Terms of Service

1. Independent Request Service
Triangle Refrigeration Help is an independent request service. We are not a contractor, we do not perform repair work, and we do not employ refrigeration technicians. We act solely as a bridge between businesses needing help and local providers.
2. Authorization to Share Data
By submitting a request, you acknowledge and agree that your business information and issue details will be shared with one (1) local commercial refrigeration provider in the Triangle area. This provider may contact you directly.
3. Direct Relationship with Providers
Any agreement for diagnostics, repairs, or emergency services is strictly between you and the service provider. Triangle Refrigeration Help is not a party to any contract, payment, or dispute between you and the provider.
4. Limitation of Liability
We provide this service “as-is”. We are not liable for any damages, inventory loss, or business interruption resulting from equipment failure, provider response times, or the quality of any repair work performed by independent contractors.
